As you approach the junction you will see the Woodpeacker Pub (Just Off the A38) on your Left and on your right you will see a petrol garage you need the next slip road.
Take the Wragaton slip road signed Kingsbridge, Ugbrough, Ermington (A3121), keep left and at the end turn left.
Follow this road to the end at the crossroads go straight across onto the B3196. Follow the brown signs for Newhouse Trout Farm.
Follow this road until you reach California Cross.
Just before the garage on your left. Take a left still following the fish sign.
Follow this road, (DO NOT TURN TOWARDS DIPTFORD) you will eventually come to a narrow humped back bridge (weight limit 10Ton and length limit 25ft)
Go over the bridge and up the hill, Turn left on to the track signed Newhouse farm and trout fisheries.
Follow the track down to the bottom; it will then split into two. Take the right hand track. Follow up the hill. Our yard is on the right, you can park anywhere in front of our barn.
